The invitation

To experience peace, so you can be peace

“A remembering — deeply activating who you are.”

A five-day gathering in South Goa for leaders and change makers who are ready to create more love, joy and peace in their lives. Held in Prema's home and garden, moments from the beaches of South Goa, this is an intimate respite — a place to soften, to be held, and to remember who you are.

This is a retreat about beauty, creativity, belonging, connection and community. You will be surrounded by people who share your values — a space where you can come into your body, listen to your wisdom, act on your intuition, and make the choices that align with exactly how you want to live.

Men, women and couples are all welcome. Spaces are limited to six guests, so every person is deeply held, all the way through.

Peace is the new wealth.

Our days together

The practice of being here

Each day unfolds as a well-being practice — breath, yoga, sound, art, journaling, time in nature and circle — woven together with rest, beauty and the sea.

Breath & body

Morning breathwork and yoga to awaken your life force and bring you home to your body.

Sound & stillness

Sound journeys and meditation that move energy in stillness and open you to receive.

Art & journaling

Creative practice as a doorway — making, writing and listening to what wants to emerge.

Nature & the sea

Time on the beaches of South Goa, with the land, the sunsets and the magic of India.

Circle & community

Sitting in circle each day — being witnessed, held and celebrated in community.

Nourishment

A bespoke menu created by Jigs — beautiful food that feeds body, mind and soul.

A day in the gathering

The rhythm of our days

A gentle, unhurried rhythm — time to move, to be still, to be nourished and to rest. Some days open into more space for personal reflection, walks on the beach and quiet time in the garden.

  1. 8:00 amMorning practice and journalling
  2. 9:00 amBreakfast
  3. 10:30 amMentoring
  4. 12:00 pmLunch (not included — at a beach café or nearby)
  5. 2:00 pmAfternoon session
  6. 7:00 pmDinner
  7. 8:00 pmEvening wellbeing session

There will also be days with more time for personal reflection — the sea, the garden, the sunsets and the silence.

The journey

Three pillars

i

Love

coming home to your body

We begin by cultivating more love for yourself — arriving fully in your body through breathwork, yoga and practices of regulation. Less disembodied, more grounded, more present.

ii

Creativity

what is yours to share

Once you are grounded and present, we open the door to your creativity — understanding what it is you want to share with the world, and letting it come through your own joy.

iii

Leadership

lead from love

Finally we bring it all together — building a sustainable practice that allows you to grow into this new identity and lead from that place. Activated, embodied and free.

When you leave, you carry a greater safety in your body — whatever the uncertainty of the world. These are practices to live, not just to learn.

“Love creates love. Peace is the new wealth. When we nurture the smallest hearts and lead from love, we change the world.”

Portrait of Gayle Berry, known as Prema

Prema — your host

A global leader in love-based and somatic leadership, founder of Blossom & Berry and co-founder of Love Support Unite — an award-winning author, speaker and advocate who has devoted over two decades to nurturing a world led by love.

Her work is not theory. She lives it — choosing love, joy and peace each day, cultivating gratitude, presence and deep safety in the body. This retreat is an invitation into the way she actually lives, hosted in the home where she lives it.

“I don't teach this from a book. I live it.”

The setting

A home by the sea at Patnem Beach

Palm-fringed Patnem Beach in South Goa with turquoise water and colourful beach huts
Elevated view across Patnem Beach from the rocky headland, palm trees and beach shacks along the bay

You will be staying in Prema's own home in South Goa, on the gentle curve of Patnem Beach. This is a homestyle environment — not a hotel or a retreat centre — so you will live alongside Gayle (Prema), share meals around our table and rest in shared rooms with shared bathrooms, keeping the gathering intimate, real and connected.

We will spend much of our time out in nature and in the local area — walking the beach at dawn, swimming in the warm Arabian sea, exploring the markets, temples and villages of South India, and gathering under the stars. This is not a retreat spent indoors; it is an immersion in the land, the sea and the everyday magic of Goa.

Patnem is one of the softest, most peaceful beaches in South Goa — far from the noise of the north, with fishing boats at dawn and sunsets that pour gold across the water. Together we connect with the magic of India — the land, the nature, the sea, the sunsets. Every detail is made with beauty, art, creativity and love.
